What you need to know on the install day

You will be given a 2/4hr time slot on the day of installation, if we are running late you will be informed be either a call or text message. We ask that your gas meter is accessible and free from clutter so our engineer can do their tests both before and after installation.

We also need to access your boiler on installation day for testing purposes. Please can this be free from clutter and accessible for our engineer. Once install has been completed you will then be informed when and how you will get your gas certificate.
